More about Saadat
I trained in medicine and spent years in academia and healthcare before I began studying this system seriously.
I did not invent the method. I wrote it down as something that can be followed, and built the calculation that runs underneath this site. If I do not think you need a session, I will say so in the note.
Where this method comes from
It is a Persian tradition built on assigning numeric values to letters, carried forward in writing by scholars including Avicenna, Al-Biruni and Sheikh Baha'i. Related letter-and-number systems appear across the ancient Mediterranean and Near East; the numerology familiar in Europe and America is a cousin of the same idea rather than the same system.
